After much discussion, I am offering an alternative rehearsal schedule which avoids the rehearsals with low attendance which impact productivity. The expectation of a minimum of (5) rehearsals will remain the same, but with only (7) regularly scheduled rehearsals. Personal preparation will be very important in February and March…during the gap weeks, section leaders can call sectionals if that would work best for the members of your section. It is my hope that this will allow for greater flexibility in the planning of your personal schedules while still having sufficient time together as an ensemble to produce a musical experience that is good for you and our audience.
